This 7pic Service Agreement (the "Agreement") describes the terms and conditions on which 7pic ("we" or "our company") offer services to you ("Customer" or "You"). By using this website, you agree to all of the provisions contained or referred to this Service Agreement.
Acceptable use
7pic allows users to upload JPG (JPEG), GIF or PNG files, no other formats are supported. You may upload any amount of files up to 3Mb each for an unlimited period of time. You agree to not use 7pic services to do the following:
- upload, post, e-mail, transmit or otherwise make available any content that spreads messages of terror or depicts torture
- harm minors in any way, this includes any form of child pornography
- upload or otherwise make available any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party
- serve design elements of website
- use 7pic for black search engine optimization or spam
7pic reserves the right to delete any image without warning.
User conduct
You are solely responsible for your content stored and retrieved from this site. By using this service you abide by all applicable, local, state, national and international laws and regulations. 7pic takes no responsibility for any content users upload and share and will endeavor to remove content that contravenes any of these directives.
No warranty and data security
You expressly understand and agree that your use of the 7pic service is at your sole risk. 7pic services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 7pic takes no responsibility for any data stored in its services. 7pic may access your data to resolve service or technical problems and to identify data that directly contravenes any of the requirements of these Terms of Service.
Legal notice
7pic is not responsible for the content of any uploaded files, nor is it in affiliation with any entities that may be represented in the uploaded files.
Privacy
7pic! will not disclose any information regarding you or your uploaded data unless prior approval has been obtained or the matter is that of a criminal investigation. In the event of legal or criminal investigations, IP addresses and any other details will be recorded and disclosed.
Termination
7pic reserves the right to terminate its services at any time if you fail to comply with these Terms of Service or for any other reason. You should not misuse system resources including, but not limited to, utilizing excessive bandwidth, employing content which consume excessive storage space.
